Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Introduction Class

The introductory class takes place once a month, usually at the beginning, and contains theory, philosophy of yoga according to Astanga tradition and practice. It is a good start for those who have no previous experience but also for experienced practitioners who want to meet and work together!

Intensive Class

These courses take place once a month and last 2-2.5 hours. During these hours, we analyze in detail the asana practice and the correct placement of the breath. In addition, the rhythm  is worked on, so that the benefits of the practice are multiplied. The idea is to realize how deep is Ashtanga Yoga, to be inspired by the method and experience its benefits.

In the workshop,concentration and self-observation will be developed by individual and group instruction given when necessary.

Beginners, will receive enough information to be able to understand exactly what yoga is and how to achieve its practice in a correct, safe and beneficial way without risks and injuries.

After the seminar and during it there will be time for questions to solve as many questions as possible.

Chakra retreat

Weekly cycle of 8 lessons

The 7 basic energy centers could be briefly said to be the portals by which humas absorbs and emit vital energy from the universe to their environment in order to maintain and develop. They express and characterize the human being on a physical, mental and emotional level and can, with proper functioning, bring perfect health.
The courses take place for 8 weeks in total.

Through these we will deal with each center separately. With meditative techniques but also with practices or changes that will be made in everyday life, if necessary. We will see how they can be balanced, charged and shine in their greatness in order to illuminate the body and achieve health and peace.
There is no need for previous practice of yoga or meditation in order to participate in the course, but you just need the interest and the will to do something to improve yourself.
The hour-long classes start with theory, followed by meditation and at the end there will be time for questions. One can attend individual lessons and take the course once or twice. Repeating the cycle deepens the understanding and practice of the meditations for each center.

The workshop is for those who wish to learn about Ayurveda and how it can improve their lives. We will talk about the doshas, the 5 elements and give ideas for a better quality of life.The aim is to distinguish the pure nature by the  distracted one, but also how we can get closer to our truth, to live the life we desire!

As part of the workshop, you will receive individual and group instruction, temperament tests and tips to complete and understand it.
